Which one do you need?
Every cleaning should leave two things behind. The certificate is the record: NFPA 96 calls for a written report after each service that states the date, what was cleaned, what was not cleaned or could not be reached, and any deficiencies. The sticker is the summary on the hood that shows the last cleaning date and the next one due.
The inspection checklist is for the days in between: a walk through the system before the fire inspector does it, or with a new customer before you quote.
Paper or online
The blank PDFs are for crews who fill in paperwork by hand. The generator produces the same certificate from a form, works out the next due date from the cooking type, never drops the Areas Not Cleaned section, and adds a QR code that anyone can scan to confirm the certificate was issued.
